Jason's passion for the outdoors and adventure van travel led him to start CAVans with his partner Jenna, in early 2020. With over a decade of experience in the outdoor industry, Jason has a unique ability to see potential and drive growth in product lines. When he's not working on vans, you can find Jason camping, fly fishing, traveling with Jenna and spending time with his grown kids and now grandkids!

Jenna started as a professional dancer at the age of 16 and spent most of her early adult life studying self-care, health and fitness. She is a licensed Le Cordon Bleu Chef and holistic life & health coach. Jenna has written a 12 week coaching course that helps individuals design the life they want- mentally, physically and financially. She is a proud mother and business owner that strives to help and guide youth to better life changing actions!

James’s has a passion to unite, lead, and inspire others to achieve peak performance. With experience in leadership and as a business owner, James has over 20 years’ experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations visualize and achieve their greatest potential. As an avid outdoorsman, James is passionate about uniting his leadership abilities with his love for the outdoors to help an even broader set of individuals reach their true potential.

Gabe has over fifteen years of experience guiding, designing, and customizing specialty travel across the globe. He has biked, hiked, skied, fished, and explored all over our amazing planet but has yet to find a place that offers the sort of pure beauty and access to adventure that Jackson Hole does – which is why, after 12 years and two kids, Gabe and his wife have no plans to leave Jackson any time soon. Gabe’s passion is helping others experience, explore and enjoy the wonders of their public lands. He believes the best customer service is the kind that allows him to communicate openly and share his deep knowledge of the place in order to enhance his guest’s overall experience.

Kevin spent the first part of his career making and managing investments, including more than a decade in venture capital supporting startups innovating to make the energy and industrial ecosystems more sustainable. His work at Moterra represents a shift in focus back to the experiences that had inspired his interest in sustainability in the first place. Having found unending inspiration during adventures with loved ones in wild places, he strives to make it easier for others to connect and find inspiration in just the same way. Kevin has been lucky to live and adventure in many beautiful places throughout the Rocky Mountains, the Swiss Alps, the Desert Southwest, Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula, and along the West Coast.

Allison Leo has been part of the Canyon Adventure Vans team as Employee #1 in the garage to the company’s vibrant presence as a leader in the adventure van space.

Allison holds a BA in Sociology from UCLA with an emphasis on mental health and a life coaching certification through Lumia Coaching with a foundation in positive psychology and behavioral change theory. Allison has also recently completed an in depth trauma recovery program based in polyvagal theory. Allison believes that every person deserves to feel seen, be treated with dignity and respect, and empowered to exercise agency over their own life. She is committed to helping people overcome their obstacles and passionate about connecting people to what lights them up mind, body, and soul.
